DAY 1: CASABLNACA – RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN
Our driver will meet you at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca and start exploring this city. Our team will lead you on a city tour that will include the famed Hassan II Mosque, an architectural marvel and one of the world’s largest mosques. Afterward, we head to Rabat, Morocco’s capital, and discover cultural treasures such as Hassan Tower and the Oudayas Kasbah.
Next, we embark on an adventurous drive to Chefchaouen, a lovely town set in northern Morocco’s breathtaking Rif Mountains.
The four-hour trip from Rabat to Chefchaouen reveals a breathtaking scenery of rolling hills, quaint villages, and breathtaking views. When you arrive in Chefchaouen, and check into your accommodation, you will be free to explore the city’s enchantment.
DAY 2: EXPLORE THE BLUE CITY OF CHEFCHAOUEN – FES
Today we will discover the blue city of Chefchaouen before heading to Fes. The city with its blue-washed buildings and friendly locals, provides a relaxed atmosphere in its historic medina. Explore winding streets and narrow alleys along the northern hillside. Visit Plaza Outa el-Hammam, the main square, and enjoy local restaurants or cafés.
Next, trek up the hillside to the city walls, follow the path to Hotel Atlas, and access the rooftop for an expansive view. Don’t miss the eastward streets leading to a path up the hill (20 to 30 minutes) for the white Spanish Mosque, offering a great sunset spot behind the mountains. On the late afternoon, we will drive to Fes, where a delightful night at a beautiful Riad awaits.
DAY 3: EXPLORE FES WITH A LOCAL GUIDE
After breakfast at your Riad, you meet our local guide and immerse yourself in the rich history and culture as you navigate the winding, narrow streets of Fes medinas.
The explorative journey starts in Fes el Bali (789 ACE) at the well-known Bab Boujeloud gate and goes to Talâa Kebira’s major boulevard. Admire the Spanish and Tunisian-influenced architecture as you go past stores and souks (markets) looking for presents and souvenirs.
Witness the traditional procedures in action at the 11th-century Chouara Tannery. Before proceeding to the “new city” of Fes el Jdid (13th century), see the elaborate zellij tile work of the 14th-century Al Attarine Madrasa.
Enjoy panoramic views of the city from the Mellah, the old Jewish area, and the cemetery. Explore Ville Nouvelle if time allows to see the tremendous shift in architecture. We will conclude the day by allowing you free time to explore Fes at your leisure before heading to your accommodation.
DAY 4: FES – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAINS – SAHARA DESERT
Our tour begins with a visit to Ifrane, often referred to as Morocco’s Switzerland, where you can take magnificent images and observe the town’s splendor. Then we go to Azrou’s cedar grove, which is home to some playful monkeys.
After that, we had lunch in Midelt. We cross the TIZI N TALGHAMT pass in the afternoon, which provides amazing views of the Ziz gorges and the lovely Ziz Valley. Continuing our journey to Erg Chebbi Dunes by passing through Aoufous and Erfoud, which are known for their fossils and dates,. You will be able to tour a fossil craft studio and learn about this unique art form.
Finally, we arrive at Erg Chebbi’s Merzouga Dunes, where you will check into your hotel and enjoy a magical dinner with traditional Berber music. The hotel provides a unique and comfortable accommodations, allowing you to fully embrace the serene beauty of the desert night.

Along the way, we will stop at Rissani’s bustling traditional market. If you visit on a market day—Sundays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays—you’ll be greeted by a vibrant display of colors, fragrances, and sounds as you stroll through its bustling streets.
Afterward, we drive to Arfoud, where you’ll have the opportunity to visit a workshop showcasing fossilized marble. The journey continues through the picturesque palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad, where we will stop for lunch.
Next, we will drive to the Todgha Gorges. A river includes stunning, high, red cliff-sided canyons that make perfect rock climbing terrain. Explore the gorges at your leisure, wander around the stunning environment, and wonder at the natural beauty that surrounds you.
